Refund & Exchange Policy
Any item purchased from our online store can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt provided it is unused, contains all-composite pieces, and is in its original packaging. You need to inform us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please note that there is no return or exchange possible after 7 days.
We do not offer returns or refunds unless the customer has received a damaged product. For the avoidance of doubt, minor variations in the color of the product (in comparison to digital shoot images) will not be considered a manufacturing defect, because such variations are a normal outcome during the manufacturing process. However, if you have any issues with an item or are unsure about whether it is a defect, you can contact us and we will see what we can do for you.
Procedure of Returns:
You have to send parcel back to us by your own. After receiving the parcel, we will send you the total amount of parcel into your bank account.
